Our platform provides tools for creators to monetize their content while maintaining full control over their work and community.

2. Eligibility
To use Finger App, you must meet the following requirements:

- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Comply with all local, state, national, and international laws
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time.
3. Account Registration & Security
When creating an account on Finger App, you agree to:

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Creator Earnings
Finger App operates on a subscription-based model where fans pay to access creator content and services. All payments are processed through our secure third-party payment processors.
For Subscribers:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or as specified by the creator
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis per our Refund Policy
For Creators:
- Set your own subscription prices within platform guidelines
- Earnings are subject to platform fees (detailed in Creator Agreement)
- Payouts are processed according to our payment schedule
- Must comply with tax reporting requirements in your jurisdiction
5. Content Guidelines & Ownership
a. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Finger App. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to operate the Service.
b. Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited:
- Content involving minors or depicting child exploitation
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Content promoting violence, terrorism, or self-harm
- Fraudulent or deceptive content
- Content that violates intellectual property rights
- Spam, malware, or malicious code
c. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove content that violates these Terms. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our content guidelines.
6. Acceptable Use Policy

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall Finger App be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
